NAARC teaches returning citizens their rights and how to advocate for themselves. Did you know you can vote? DC returning Citizens have the right to vote regardless of their charge. DC residents who are incarcerated also can vote regardless of their charge. We can register you to vote. 

NAARC Weekly support group is for Returning Citizens, their family as well as agencies and organizations that provide services to them. There are group-led discussions consisting of returning citizens. The group is designed to help them navigate reentry, discuss their obstacles and concerns.
